For any other situations, we regret that we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges, as this helps us maintain the highest standards for all our customers.

I. Misprinted/damaged/defective Product

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. Upon submission of verifiable evidence, such as clear photos or videos that clearly illustrate the issues, we will initiate a thorough inspection.

If the damage, misprint, or defects are determined to be a result of manufacturing flaws, including but not limited to incorrect printing, uneven coloring, fabric flaws, or stitching irregularities, we will facilitate free returns in strict accordance with our established procedures. This ensures that you can return the product without incurring any shipping costs related to the return process, provided that the issues are a direct consequence of our manufacturing process.

II. Sizing Policy

We strongly recommend that customers carefully review our comprehensive size guide prior to placing an order to ensure the selection of appropriate product dimensions. In cases where manufacturing defects are identified, we will, whenever feasible, offer free rework services or provide replacements with identical products.

It is important to note that if a product is manufactured in strict compliance with our published size guidelines, returns due to sizing discrepancies will not be accepted. In the event of a sizing - related complaint, our dedicated JingzeerCat support team will assess the situation based on the visual evidence (images or videos) provided by the customer. Subsequently, appropriate actions will be taken according to the nature and extent of the issue.

III. Exchange Policy

1. Scope of Application

  • Product exchanges will only be accepted for non - customized items and must adhere to our product return policy.
  • Replacements will be provided when the product dispatched by JingzeerCat does not conform to our official size chart or exhibits any defects.
  • In circumstances where free rework of the product is not viable, replacement services will be offered.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • The original product will be retrieved through our reverse logistics system.
  • Following a meticulous inspection by our production department, a new product will be manufactured and shipped to the customer.

3. Approval Process

  • Upon receipt of the returned product at our manufacturing facility, our Quality Control (QC) team will conduct a detailed inspection to determine the eligibility for exchange.
  • The QC inspection will be completed within one business day, and customers will be provided with updates on the following business day.
  • Final approval for exchanges rests solely with JingzeerCat's discretion.
  • Once approved, production of the new product will commence, and it will be dispatched from our facility within 3-5 business days. Shipping durations may vary, typically ranging from 10 days to 15 or more days, depending on the customer's geographical location.

IV. Return Policy

1. Eligibility Requirements

  • Customized products will not be accepted for return unless there are issues such as product damage or printing quality problems.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will only be initiated after a comprehensive inspection by our production team. A manufacturing defect must be conclusively confirmed before any refund procedures commence.
  • Once the inspection is completed, the refund amount will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

V. Exchange/Return Request Submission

When submitting an return/exchange/other issues request to our Customer Service Department, please provide the following detailed information:

  • Complete Mailing Address and Contact Telephone Number
  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Clear and detailed photos of the product and identified defects

VI. Refund Policy

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, the refund amount will be automatically processed and credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card issuer to complete the refund transaction.
